Where can I find my invoice?
Your invoice will be sent to you automatically by email. Please also check your spam folder if you cannot find the invoice in your inbox. If you still have not received the invoice, please contact us by email at hello@sectionheroes.de or via the support chat. We will be happy to help you and make sure that you receive your invoice.
I didn't receive my newsletter discount. What should I do?
It can happen that our emails end up in the spam folder, so please check your spam folder if you have not received the newsletter discount. If you cannot find the email there either, do not hesitate to write us an email or contact us via the support chat. We will make sure that you receive your discount as soon as possible.
Sections & Module FAQ
I don't have a custom liquid in my shop, what now?
If you don't find it under "custom liquid" in your theme, it may also be called " Custom Liquid ", " Custom HTML " or " Liquid ".

What happens after the purchase?
After the purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email, in which you will find direct access links to the purchased sections or modules. For sections, we also provide a video tutorial that shows you how to integrate the sections into your Shopify store. For modules, you get access to our exclusive module editor, which helps you customize the modules to your liking. The customization options here are the same as those you know from Shopify Sections. A separate video tutorial is not necessary for the module editor, as it is designed to be intuitive.
What is the difference between sections and modules?
Sections and modules are both building blocks that you can use in your Shopify store, but they have different functions:
Sections : These blocks are customizable and can be placed anywhere on your page, but not directly in the area where the main product information is. They are great for adding additional content like testimonials or banners.
Modules : Modules give you the ability to add special features and content directly in the product information area. Before you integrate the modules, you can customize them to your liking using our exclusive editor. Our editor works the same way as the customization options in Shopify, but it is a tool we have developed ourselves. These modules are then integrated into Shopify using the "Custom Liquid" feature, giving you the flexibility to use them exactly where you need them.
Can I customize the sections and modules?
Yes, both sections and modules can be customized for each product page. For sections, this is done by creating different product templates in Shopify. For modules, the same is true, and some of them can also be controlled via meta fields that define specific content for each product.
Can the sections and modules be integrated into any Shopify theme?
Yes, both sections and modules can be built into any Shopify theme. For modules, it is important that your theme supports the "Custom Liquid" feature. If your theme does not offer this feature or you need support, please contact us at hello@sectionheroes.de and we will help you.
Do the sections and modules worsen my shop performance?
No, both our sections and modules are developed with clean and efficient code that does not affect the performance of your shop. We deliberately avoid using apps, as they often load unnecessary code and could slow down the loading times of your shop.
